If you don't know your password or are logging in for the first time, see the section below on resetting your password.

Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or need to set one for the first time:

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password (or Reset Password). [NEEDS VERIFICATION: exact link label]
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your inbox for an email from NotaryDash with a password reset link.
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.

Reset links expire after a short period, so use the link promptly after receiving it.

Common Login Problems

Some corporate email security tools (such as email scanning or filtering software) can rewrite or "pre-click" links in emails, which causes reset links to expire before you ever click them.

If your password reset link isn't working:

  1. Copy the full link from the email.
  2. Paste it directly into your browser's address bar.
  3. Press Enter.

This bypasses the security tool's link rewriting and usually resolves the issue. If the link has already expired, request a new one and try the same approach immediately.

You can't access the email address on your account

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your NotaryDash account, you won't be able to receive a password reset email. In this case, contact NotaryDash support at support@notarydash.com and our team will help you regain access.

If you clicked a link to a specific order and you're seeing an error or the wrong information:

  • You may be logged into the wrong account. Order links are tied to the specific account that placed the order.
  • Log out, then log back in with the account that received or placed that order, and try the link again.

This is especially common if you have accounts with multiple signing services.

You have multiple accounts

If you work with more than one signing service, you may have a separate NotaryDash account for each one (or a signing service may have multiple accounts if they've been set up separately).

Always make sure you're logged into the correct account for the task you're trying to do. If you're not sure which account to use, check the email address the notification or link was sent to — that will tell you which account it belongs to.

Changing Your Email Address

If you have access to your current email address and want to update it:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your profile settings.
  3. Update your email address and save.

If you no longer have access to the email address on your account, contact support at support@notarydash.com

Updating Other Profile Information

While you're in your profile settings, you can also update: your name, company name, phone number, address, languages spoken, and your background or bio.
